Our Returns & Exchanges Promise

We offer a 15-day return or exchange window from the date you receive your item. To be eligible, the item must be in its original, unopened, mint-condition packaging, with all original tags, certificates, and accessories included. It must be in the same state as when it was shipped from our Oklahoma City hub.

⚠️ Important: Non-Returnable Items

To protect the integrity of our collectibles and the trust of our community, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Collaborations: Limited-edition collaborative pieces, due to their exclusive nature and extremely limited quantities.
  • Opened Figurines & Action Figures: Any figurine or action figure where the original packaging seal has been broken or compromised.
  • Personalized or Custom Items: Any item that has been customized or personalized at your request.
  • Clearance or Final Sale Items: Clearly marked as such on the product page at the time of purchase.

This policy ensures that all collectors receive items that meet our strict, curated standards for condition and authenticity.

The Step-by-Step Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow this curated process:

  1. Contact Our Curators of Trust: Within 15 days of delivery, email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include your order number. Please use the template provided below to ensure we have all necessary details.
  2. Receive Authorization & Instructions: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and precise return shipping instructions. Please do not send any item back without an RMA number.
  3. Package with Care: Securely repackage the item in its original packaging, including all protective materials, inserts, and documentation. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA slip inside the box.
  4. Ship the Item: Mail the package to our dedicated returns address (provided with your RMA instructions). We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).
  5. Inspection & Processing: Upon receipt at our facility, our team will conduct a meticulous, collector-grade inspection of the item. Once approved, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds: Timing & Method

Your financial transaction is handled with the same security as your data. Please allow:

  • 5-10 business days for us to receive and inspect your return.
  • Once approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Refund Method: The refund will be issued back to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). The timing for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution’s processing times, typically within 5-10 additional business days.

Exchanges: For exchanges, once the return is approved, we will ship the replacement item to you. Standard or free shipping charges will apply based on the new order value and your location.

Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns due to change of mind.
