We ship globally but are unable to deliver to select remote regions and parts of Asia due to carrier restrictions. The list of restricted areas is subject to change based on logistics partnerships.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50.00. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

All delivery timeframes are estimates provided by carriers and may be affected by customs processing or unforeseen events. Tracking information will be provided upon dispatch.

5.2 Delivery Responsibility

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing a secure and correct delivery address. We are not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery confirmation by the carrier.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our policy is designed to protect the mint-condition integrity of our collectibles while being fair to our community.

6.1 Eligibility Window

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request.

6.2 Condition Requirement

To be eligible, the item must be in its original, unopened, mint-condition packaging, with all tags, certificates, and accessories included.

6.3 Return Process

2. Get Authorization: Do not ship items back without an RMA number provided by our team.
3. Ship Securely: Return the item with all original packaging to our authorized returns address. We recommend using an insured, trackable service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
4. Inspection & Resolution: After a meticulous inspection at our facility (5-10 business days), we will process your refund or exchange.

6.4 Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after approval. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns due to change of mind. Please allow 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
